Joined for the „urban reboot“ session a couple of days ago.
It is still difficult to write up all thoughts since it was quite overwhelming, energetic and incredibly powerful.
We had a guided breathing session for over an hour which was blowing away the noise of modern life and left me with clarity, energy and focus. Mads was great setting the stage and skillfully guided us through the different phases.
We continued with several guided sauna and ice bath sessions which was lots of fun and brought everyone closer together. Hjalte gave each session a different theme and supported it with music and scents while spreading love, fun and energy.
