By participating in activities at Plugin Heat Club, guests expressly assume all risks associated with such activities, including the risk of any form of injury.

Health and Safety Instructions

Guests must follow all posted safety instructions at Plugin Heat Club facilities. This includes adhering to recommended durations of use for sauna and cold plunge facilities to prevent health risks. Guests should hydrate properly, monitor their health continuously, and leave the facilities if feeling unwell. Please be aware that the sauna and cold plunge areas carry inherent risks, including the risk of burns. Guests should use these facilities at their own risk and are advised to use caution when entering and using the sauna to prevent accidents and injuries.

Age Restrictions

General Rule: No guests under 16 y.o. are allowed.

Force Majeure

Neither Plugin nor guests are liable for failures due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions.

Right to Refuse Service

Plugin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects others, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or fails to follow community guidelines..

Third-Party Services

Plugin uses third-party services like YOGO for scheduling. We are not liable for their operational failures. During downtimes, we will attempt to mitigate the impact but cannot guarantee resolution times.

Delivery and Event Access

Confirmations and invoices are emailed immediately after purchase. We reserve the right to change event details like price, timing, and location.

Cancellation and Complaints

• Cancellation Right: 14-day cancellation policy from the date of purchase.
• Refunds: Refunds processed within 10 banking days of cancellation notice.
