Today, that idea is brought to life by a small team based in Copenhagen. Different backgrounds. Different skill sets. One shared mission: helping people feel more alive than when they arrived.

I look after everything to do with our people, and alongside Annetta in the management team, I make sure Plugin is a great place to work and to come to.

Alongside Helle, I keep the whole operation running smoothly so every zone, session and team member has what they need.

I build and refine the Plugin experience - from our sessions to continuous education of our facilitators - so it & we keep getting better.

I make sure we've got the right people in the right places, so every shift runs well and no one's ever short-handed.

Guest Relations Lead
I'm responsible for creating a smooth and positive experience for our guests. I manage guest communication across multiple channels, handle bookings, events, tickets, and customer support.
JESS
Executive Assistant & Events Co-ordinator
I keep the leadership team organised and a step ahead, so the important things never slip. I also handle all the Plugin events from start to finish so that everything runs smoothly.
The HQ team may be small. The community around Plugin is not. Every week, facilitators, members, guests, partners, and collaborators help shape what Plugin becomes. That is one of the things we love most about building it. Plugin belongs to the people who show up.
