A PRACTICE THAT STICKS.
The hardest part of any wellbeing practice is consistency. Membership removes the friction and makes showing up easy.
MEMBERSHIPS
BUILD THE
RITUAL.
Feeling good once is easy. The real magic happens when it becomes part of your week. Plugin Membership gives you a reason to return - not because you have to, but because you remember how good it feels when you do.
More Than Sessions.

Move between Amager and Sydhavn whenever you want. Different spaces. Same feeling.

The Numbers MakeSense Too
We believe people join because of the experience.

SUPPORT
FAQs
The fine print, in plain words. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Please chat to our friendly team.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime — just message us. Tier changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I don’t use my sessions?
Sessions reset each month — they don't roll over. The membership is built around consistent practice, not banking credits.
What is your cancellation policy?
One month's notice, no penalty. We don't lock anyone in.
Can I share my membership with a partner or friend?
Memberships are individual. If you want to bring someone, book them a single-session ticket — or get them their own membership and you can come together.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause once in any 12-month period, for up to 3 months - for travel, life or injury. A pause fee of DKK 149 per month applies while your membership is paused, and your normal membership payment stops. Your membership restarts automatically at the end of the pause. To pause, email connect@pluginheatclub.com.
How quickly do I get my sessions after subscribing?
Immediately. Sessions are added to your account the moment your subscription confirms.
