How long are gift cards valid?
12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use a gift card toward a membership?
No. Gift cards can only be used toward ticket packs.
Can I use a gift card at both zones?
Yes. All gift cards are redeemable at Amager and Sydhavn.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable. If the recipient cannot use it, they can pass it on.
My recipient lives outside Copenhagen. Can they still use it?
Plugin sessions are in-person only, so they need to visit Copenhagen to redeem it. The card holds its value for 12 months.
