IN A SESSION WITH Nik Waghresha
Calm & grounding
The choice depends on the energy of the room and the journey I want to create. I am drawn to instrumental, ambient, and deeply atmospheric music that can build emotion without distraction.
I bring a calm, grounded, and quietly focused energy to the room. My presence is attentive rather than overpowering, I read the atmosphere, respond to the people in front of me, and guide the experience with intention.
My sauna sessions are immersive rituals of heat, fragrance, sound, breath, and silence, precisely composed, yet responsive to the people in the room. Rooted in Indian spiritual traditions and twelve years of meditative practice, each session creates space for a quieter, more direct encounter with yourself.
For people who have mastered doing, and are looking for a place to simply be. For those who appreciate craft, ritual, and moments of stillness in a world that rarely slows down.
Guests often leave quieter than they arrived. The heat has softened the noise, the ritual has created space, and for a moment they are no longer performing, solving, or rushing. They leave lighter, not because anything has been taken away, but because they have reconnected with something already within them.
Not just running a sauna session, but guiding a state of experience.
The Yog circle - Yoga teacher training (200-hour) and Kirtan Kriya meditation specialisation from the Kundalini yoga tradition
Recovery for me is not only about physical rest. It is about creating space to return to balance, between effort and stillness, activity and awareness. It means quieting the mental noise, reconnecting with the body, and allowing the nervous system to settle. Sauna, meditation, breath, and ritual are ways of stepping away from constant stimulation and returning to a more centred state.
I value simple moments of connection, nature, and time to be present.
Kirtan Kriya (12 mins everyday)
Come with an open mind and allow yourself to be guided. There is no need to perform, achieve, or do anything perfectly, the invitation is simply to experience, breathe, and be present.
