Linnea Dahl

Linnea does not begin by listing her roles. She believes in seeing beyond titles and meeting the person. That is the spirit she brings into the sauna.
Her journey spans from high-end cocktail bars, where she held vibrant space for many, to her work today as a Body-SDS therapist, guiding intimate one-to-one transformations. She weaves these worlds together, creating a sauna experience that is energetic, present, intimate and alive.
Her favorite word is adventure, and that is exactly what she invites you into, in the heat.
