Learn how to Facilitate Heat Method Journeys and become a part of the Plugin Team.
The New Standard for Saunagus and Contrast Therapy. As we expand our capacity in Sydhavn & Amager, we are hand-picking a small group of dedicated facilitators to lead our new Heat Method Journeys.
This isn't just "waving towels"; it is the art of community driven transformation through heat, cold, breath, music & more. Our education is free, but our selection is elite—we only approve 1 out of every 25 applications.
We are looking for the real, raw, and authentic you: someone who has found clarity, peace, and power through their own personal journey and is ready to facilitate that experience for others.
ARE YOU READY?
Only apply if you can say YES to 3 of these:
The Connection: You’ve been a Plugin regular for 6+ months.
The Experience: You have a background in holistic health, coaching, therapy, meditation, breathwork, group facilitation or working with people.
The Presence: You are mature, experienced & disciplined.
The Commitment: You've been part of our community so you know what Plugin stands for.
The Energy: You are passionate about heat, cold, breath, music, personal development, and seeing others thrive.
FROM TRAINEE TO FACILITATOR
The progression journey is led by Simon Inkin, Head of Product & Education.
To ensure the Plugin vibe and quality remains unmatched these are the must have steps:
1. Digital Application
2. In Person Vibe check
3. Technical at home training
4. Foundation test
5. Safety training
6. Trainee phase
7. Colosseum co-fanning
8. Sauna Master progression
9. Facilitator progression
THE COMMItMENt
We look for facilitators who are humble yet confident—community builders who truly feels and understand what Plugin is about.
You must be located in Copenhagen and ready to commit to at least 2 sessions per week (ideally more) (we run sessions from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday–Sunday).
If you are ready to invest your presence into mastering the Heat Method, we want to hear from you - and if we all agree it’s a match we will give you all we have and invite you to build the future with us!
